places of interest in Cairo. One of the Seven Wonders of the
World, the Pyramids at Giza, can be visited followed by a stroll
to see the famous Sphinx close to the location of the great
Pyramid.
Cairo Museum is the only place in the world which houses all
the original treasures of King Tut Ankh Amoun together with
other major and unique statues and objects of the Ancient Egyptian
Civilization. There is also a section for the mummies of the
ancient Pharaohs of Egypt. |

| Rural life in Egypt can still be seen in
Cairo and you do not need to travel far to witness some of the rural
agricultural activities which dates back to the ancient times and
has survived into the modern age. It is not surprising when agricultural
fields can be seen close to modern houses. |

buildings, together with governmental and non governmental offices
all of which give Cairo the cosmopolitan nature of a country's capital. |
